Xperience Zone
Dear volunteers this zone is exclusively for the experience of various volunteers when they 1st went for taking the class....so jus keep pour in your experiences so that all of us can in one or the other way benifit by your experiences.

I participated in the Teach India initiative because it had always been my innate desire to teach the underprivileged class of our society. Today, when I went to take my first class, I was appalled by the immense enthusiasm the children have for studying. There were children of different age-groups, different backgrounds, and all sharing common desire to learn. We started off with basics-English and Hindi alphabets. The session ended with kids coming up to recite their favorite poems and to sing songs.
It was indeed a wonderful experience to teach these young boys and girls.
I would like to thank The Times of India for giving me this opportunity and Prithvi Innovations for making it so comfortable and convenient for me!!
Looking forward to the next class…

It was really a wonderful experience which i had..i felt like i have gone back to my childhood day with same type of 'shararats' and 'tutlana'. I enjoyed every momment spend with those kids, was great to know the immense talent lying in them unused. I felt surprised and astonised why this innovative and noble step took so late in launching itself
Today(21 oct 2008), when I went to take my first class at SWEETY FOUNDATION i was greeted with around 30 smiling faces all standing up and wishing me.I was surprised by the immense enthusiasm the children have for studying. There were children of different age-groups, different backgrounds, and all sharing common desire to learn and to make an impact in this society.Today i tought along with one more volunteer Miss Doa Naqvi ji,we started off with English alphabets followed by Hindi alphabets.
The session ended with kids coming in front to recite their favorite poems and songs.
I would like to Thanks millions to TIMES OF INDIA and PRITHVI Innovations to provide me with this oppurtunity.
